Alexandra Maria Timmel completed her acting studies with a diploma at the Conservatory/Private University of Vienna. Since 1985 she has worked at the Burgtheater, Theater in der Josefstadt, Volkstheater, Theater der Jugend, Ensembletheater, Theater Drachengasse, Schauspiel Frankfurt, Schauspielhaus Vienna, Metropoltheater Munich, Neue Bühne Villach, Kosmostheater, Sommerspiele Melk, among others.
